A professional two-day training course for attorneys who want to increase the effectiveness of their mediation work. Organized in cooperation with the Weinstein International Foundation as part of the project "Strengthening the Role of Professional Attorneys in the Alternative Dispute Resolution System."
Who is it for? Attorneys and legal advisors representing clients in mediation. If you are a team leader in your law firm, council, or local government organization and want to develop your practice using mediation and negotiation tools, this training is for you.

Participation in the training is FREE. Participants are responsible for hotel accommodation and meals (PLN 1,550 gross). All other costs are covered by both Foundations.

This is the only training of its kind on the market – preparing for a revolution in construction mediation. From March 2026, every construction case MUST be referred to mediation before the first court hearing!

Track 2: Attorneys – learn to effectively represent clients in mediation
Track 3: Judges and court officials – learn how to effectively refer cases to mediation
