Stress-free courts.

The Foundation was created as a tribute to our parents, who taught us service, respect and love for the people with whom we live and for whom we work.

MISSION

Who do we dedicate our work to?

For those lost in the machinery of justice and seeking help, support, and guidance on how to survive a court case without going crazy. How to reduce stress and learn to calmly manage their cases without losing.

Mediators who know how difficult their profession is, want to continue to develop in their profession, deepen their knowledge, work and practice mindfulness, and build social relationships without violence.

For judges , their daily work provides a lot of satisfaction but is burdened with high stress, which often leads to burnout, routine, and a sense of doubt.

To lawyers who, in the difficult market of legal services, compete on quality and lose focus on the important things in life: truth, dignity, community and responsibility.

What inspires us?

People who look at society, the system and the justice system with an open mind, seek innovative solutions, and care about the health and well-being of their loved ones and their clients.

Phenomena showing what can be done to make our lives normal, safe and conflict-free.

Settlements concluded before a mediator

Mediation is a voluntary and confidential dispute resolution method in which the parties, with the assistance of an impartial and neutral mediator, negotiate to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement. Mediation takes place only with the consent of the parties. Participating in mediation does not obligate the parties to reach a settlement, nor does it preclude the parties from pursuing their claims in court if an agreement is not reached. However, mediation offers significant advantages over court proceedings (see "Advantages of Mediation" below). Initiating mediation suspends the statute of limitations, and a settlement reached before a mediator, once approved by a common court, has the legal force of a settlement reached before that court.

Over 14 years of experience in training mediators. We have trained nearly 5,000 people, including 900 judges.

We run the "Stress-Free Courts" program – a pioneering mindful adjudication initiative implemented in courts across Poland. We have created the world's first mindfulness center within a court.

We offer certified mediation training, specialized programs for judges, peer mediation, and the design of ADR systems for institutions. We collaborate with international organizations, combining mediation with mindfulness practices.
