The ProMediation & ProWellness Foundation builds a culture of dialogue and conscious presence in the law – we create a space where conflicts transform into agreements, and justice professionals find a balance between professional effectiveness and human sensitivity.

The ProMediation & ProWellness Foundation has been working for over 6 years to develop alternative dispute resolution methods and mindfulness in law.

Our achievements:

  • We have trained over 5,000 people, including several hundred judges from Poland and Ukraine

  • We have conducted a groundbreaking Swiss franc mediation program covering over 10,000 cases, the standards of which have been incorporated into Polish court practice.

  • We have initiated Information Meetings with the participation of a judge-conciliator as an alternative path to resolving disputes

  • We created the world's first mindfulness center inside a courthouse

  • We are implementing a pioneering program called "Stress-Free Courts" in regional and district courts across Poland.

  • We create systemic solutions and design ADR and ODR models for institutions such as courts, healthcare institutions, and the education sector.

Our activities: We conduct mediation in commercial, civil, and family matters. We organize certified training in mediation, conciliation, negotiation, and mindfulness. We offer legal mentoring and coaching for mediators. We run the Mediation Club – a space for practitioners to exchange experiences, including reflective practice .

We cooperate with international organizations, including the Weinstein International Foundation, JAMS, ADR Group, ICC and GEMME Europe, implementing programs, among others, to develop alternative peaceful methods of resolving disputes and conflicts.

The Foundation was created as a tribute to our parents, who taught us service, respect and love for the people with whom we live and for whom we work.
