We help resolve disputes in matters of:

• Economic – business conflicts, trade agreements, disputes between entrepreneurs

• Civil – property, neighbor, compensation cases

• Employees – conflicts in the workplace, mobbing, termination of contracts

• Criminal – compensation for damage, reconciliation of the parties

• Administrative – disputes with public institutions

• Swiss franc loans – matters related to denominated and indexed loans

• Social (community mediation) – conflicts in local communities

• Family – including divorce and child-inclusive mediation, taking into account the child’s perspective

How does it work?

Mediation proceedings regarding property rights begin when the other party submits a written declaration expressing consent to mediation.

Costs (from February 17, 2026):

• Registration fee: PLN 300 + VAT (paid by the applicant)

• Mediation fee: PLN 5,000 + VAT from each party – for a dispute value of up to PLN 2,000,000

• Mediation fee: PLN 10,000 + VAT from each party – for a dispute value exceeding PLN 2,000,000

• Fee for other mediations (e.g. criminal, administrative, social): from PLN 8,000 + VAT, for the entire proceedings (as agreed individually)

• Divorce – including: division of joint property – from PLN 10,000 + VAT

In cases with a dispute value exceeding PLN 1,000,000, it is possible to determine the remuneration individually.

• The registration fee is non-refundable

• The mediation fee will be refunded if you withdraw before the first session.
